Scheduling Customer Invoices on a T&M project

Hi Experts

I know that scheduling invoice on a Fixed price project with milestone works fine.

Has anyone tried an invoice schedule on a T&M project, When I try an trigger the invoice request the system gives a message that the "Invoice Request not created, no relevant item found" when I "Create Schedule Project Invoice request

I have checked the T&M project and I can see that their is time on the project that needs to be billed.

Any help will be must appreciated
