Check Box Selection

Hi experts,

I Have A Requirement That..I Have Created A Check Box ....

Parameters: P_c As Check Box Default 'X'.

So Can We Assign the Authorization For That Check Box.....Means Only 'ABAP'  And   'HBTABAP'   Can Un Tick That..Check Box .Means Only Those 2 Users can Have That access To Disable That Check Box...Can You Help Me out Of This Experts..
