Hello Dinesh,
I was not aware of an Austrian Dollar :-) I suppose you related to Australian Dollar instead.
So yes it is defined indeed under Administration> Setup> Financial> Currencies.
Although that has been correctly answered above already, there is a serious implication of such decision that I feel should be part of the answer, should you not be aware of it already.
Since you tried to define that new currency on the system for a while, that means that the Australian $ is not your local currency.
- When having a Business Partner (BP) set to local currency, let's say EUR, you always can change it later to another specific currency (lets say Australian Dollars) or to All Currencies.
- When setting a BP to a specific currency (i.e. Australian $) other then the local currency, you can later on change it again to All currency ONLY but not to the local or any other specific currencies.
- When setting a BP to All Currencies, you cannot reverse it to anything else then All Currencies (only in marketing document will you choose manually the relevant currency)
Kind regards,
Frederic
