Hello Dinesh,

I was not aware of an Austrian Dollar :-) I suppose you related to Australian Dollar instead.

So yes it is defined indeed under Administration> Setup> Financial> Currencies.

Although that has been correctly answered above already, there is a serious implication of such decision that I feel should be part of the answer, should you not be aware of it already.

Since you tried to define that new currency on the system for a while, that means that the Australian $ is not your local currency.

  1. When having a Business Partner (BP) set to local currency, let's say EUR, you always can change it later to another specific currency (lets say Australian Dollars) or to All Currencies.
  2. When setting a BP to a specific currency (i.e. Australian $) other then the local currency, you can later on change it again to All currency ONLY but not to the local or any other specific currencies.
  3. When setting a BP to All Currencies, you cannot reverse it to anything else then All Currencies (only in marketing document will you choose manually the relevant currency)

Kind regards,

Frederic
