Mail Form editor changes format text

Dear experts,

When I try to prepare a mail form from IC_MANAGER role is everything ok....I can do it with a particular format of text and size...colors and so on..but when I want to use it  from IC_AGENT role the format have changed and color/size too...Whats happens?

We are working with SAP CRM 7 EHP3 and IExplorer 10
