i have current issue that is affecting me and about 10 co-workers. i will try to be detailed as much as possible.

The background
We currently did not have an issue with SAP until 1 1/2 to 2 months ago. out of the blue, we started experiencing this error.
Up until this point we did and could do the following.
Login to our VPN
While our VPN connection is active, Login to our clients VPN through Crosslink. This was the normal way of operation for us and no issues.
We run various websites through the clients VPN with no issues.
When running SAP through crosslink, SAP will load/login just fine.
After an undetermined amount of time…. 30 seconds or longer (amount of time is random)
SAP shuts down with that error being displayed.
We can get SAP to run with no issues as long as we are not logged in to our VPN. unfortunately, this reduces productivity by 50 percent or more. I need to figure out the fix to this.
I have both IT’s looking into this issue. I’m getting nowhere fast with them. I wanted to start with the program that is experiencing the issue and
sort of reverse engineer the fix from it. And ideas would be great. Anything to point the IT personnel in the right direction.
