Two types of Work clearance models are there 1. Standard Model 2. Enhanced Model.
1. Standard model : Order-WC Application-Work Clearance Document.
2. Enhanced model : Order- WC Approval- WC Application-Work Clearance Document.
Steps :
1. Create Maintenance order with control key in the operation as " WCM".
2. If it is standard model we need to link WC Application to order or if it is enhanced model link to Work Approval and then to WCA.
3. Create WCD for WC application in both the models.
4. Assign isolation points to WCD and print the tag and set the status of WCD items to " Tagged" then prepare and issue WCD.
5. Once WCD is Issues prepare WC Application and if it enhance model Prepare WC Approval also.
6.Once the WCD,WCA & Work Approval is issued we will find Release for execution icon in Order click on that and once the work is completed click on Work Completed ( System status is " WOCO").
7. Close Work Approval,WCA.
8.Untag the Isolation's and close the WCD.
9. Time confirm the order.
10. Technically completion of order.
11.Settle the order.
12. Close the order.
