Please let me share setting details and the procedure I followed in progress analysis before my questions.
My component version is SAP ECC 6.0 and SYBASE is used as database system.
I created the progress version 200 with plan Version 0.
I have created statistical key figures and assigned them to value category for all 3 usages
(aggregated, non-aggregated and RA)
Cost planning in my project comes from activity type/price planning in work centers
Settings for Progress Analysis in Progress version 200 is this:
EV Basis: 4 Cost plan(active prject, overall values)
POC weighting: 4 Work, basic active project)
Planning Type: 1 Basic Dates
Early/late: 1 Earliest possible
Actual method: Tick
Ref plan method: Tick
Procedure:
1) In the progress tab of WBS elements, activities and activity elements, I entered progress
version 200 and measurement methods.
WBS Actual 0-100 method
Plan Estimation (Estimated POC values entered Each period)
NWA Plan 0-100 method
Actual Degree of processing from confirmation
NWAE Plan 0-100 method
Actual Degree of processing from confirmation
Estimated POC values entered at WBS elements are:
2014 6 32.00 %
2014 7 69.00 %
2014 8 89.00 %
2014 9 100.00 %
2) I entered network activities confirmations in the past (in June, July, August and partially in September.
3) I run transaction CNE1 for reading project progress for each period.
In this report I can see measurement methods assigned to each object.
4) I run transaction CNE5 in project information system, and get the progress analysis overview.
Note: I run Progress progress and progress analysis each period.
When SAP displays progress analysis overview, Degree of earned value are calculated as per
progress version and measurement methods.
Degree of earned values are:
Aggr. plan POC
N-agg. plan POC
Adj.agg.act.POC
POC actual, non-agg.
The system calculated some values in the project objects.
In this case, N-agg. plan POC is equal to Estimated values entered in the WBS element progress tab.
How does SAP calculate the Aggr. plan POC ?
I got these values: 0 (Jun), 4.038 (Jul), 4.038 (Aug), 100 (Sep)
I want to know Why POC actual, non-agg. is cero at WBS element lebel 1 in all periods.
In this case, Adj.agg.act.POC is equal to Adj.agg.act.POC
I want to know Why AdjNAgActPOC is cero in all of the periods.
