Reprinted AP chek payment - who did the reprint?

My users discovered 3 checks in a recent check run where all were exact copies of a check originally printed in May of 2013.  All 3 of the checks have the same exact information including check numbers.  Is there any way to tell who might have reprinted them?  I checked table PAYR and it doesn't show anything different.
