Price history without market price in vendor evaluation.

Hi Gurus,

I am facing an issue that how to calculate scores for price history in vendor evaluation if there is no the Market Price of the previous year stored in my system. So how we can calculate score for sub criteria"Price History"?

I am still in development environment

In this case, what do I need to do to test so  system can calculate the right score for this sub criteria?
