Hi Shyam - As suggested by Indrajit - What is that attribute.. how to use and what to send in it is something you should check with functional team or atleast the CRM technical resource who would be working on this proxy might have an idea about what your interface does and expected values.
However when i just tried seraching for the above attributes i ended up here (you should have also mentioned the interface 
)
It has a service "ServiceProductCRMBulkCreateRequest" and a sample xml in it.
So have a look into it if it helps someway..
