We are using std workflow for claims approval (WS18900023). Workflow is found in R/3 inbox of the approver. Notifications are generated for the approver. But in the ESS approval screen, the request raised by employee himself are only visible. I am attaching ESS Approval Screen and UWL of the approver here. Is this issue because of the xml file content for the Task. Relevant entries are maintained in Tcode SWFVISU . Pls help!
